It's answered in the FAQ. The mod is standalone and is basically 0.3.10.5 with updated anal x-ray animations built in. Just run the game in your browser like you would the vanilla game.

No. The mod also changes the code

Looks like one of the newer commits to the dev branch of the original game reworks the images.twee completely and splits it up into several files, like missionary-images.twee and doggy-images.twee. I bet you already noticed, but this is gonna require splitting up the images.twee.diff too, probably (sooner or later).
