Hentai High School+, Glassix, and Superpowered all have mind control/corruption elements. All three are management type games, all three suffer (or benefit if you're into that) from a long grind before you get your 'cool' mind control abilities. All three have mods to help reduce the grind.

SKA and Accidental Mind are my favorites in terms of writing. Defenestration focuses on hypno. The Lab Rats games are more like Nano-Control.
