Don't get me wrong:
Drawing characters which are absolutely looking like kids and saying they are over 18 years old - this is not how it works. There were a lot of game developers which did the same and got banned or (if they got luck) got a friendly reminder by Patreon to remove the product from the platform.
I mean, you can try it - but don't get surprised if Patreon is doing something against you
