I don't think it is fair to compare this too summertime saga yet. Sure, I thought there was going to be a little more content but there was clear story progression and it still felt like a solid step forward to whatever the story is building up too. Given the track record of two updates coming out fairly consistently per year, I can look pass an update cycle running a little longer than usual. Plus I enjoyed the pixel art and the illustrated art, so overall I would rate this update as a solid 8 out of 10.

Every update frustrated people come to the thread and say the update is trash yet the game is still rated so high. It’s because taken as a whole this game is amazing. I’m rewatching scenes right now and there is quite a sizeable amount of content already

It is a save file that starts off at the update. It does NOT have the new scenes. So yeah, 100% save whenever please

There is literally no pleasing everyone. People are gonna be pissed regardless of what is done. Its disappointing that the MC did not bang anyone other than the cousin from the sounds of it, and it certainly did not help that the dev did not temper expectations because they made it sound like this was the update youd be able to bang atleast 2 family members.
As an aside, people who download here get it for no charge. If it really ruins yalls night that the update was meh, you gotta revaluate your life.

In the amount of time you are going to wait, you could play the couple or so hours and have a 100% save file.

They did not. At no point was that implied by the dev team nor did they make 'it sound like' the MC would have the content you are talking aobut. If you expected that (or anyone expected that) that is strictly your/their own fault. It's always been the stance of the developer that family content is a slow burn, especially Leslie.
Again, the irony.
Also, the developer makes the public version available for free --- at no charge --- for anyone to play. No subscription necessary. No payment. No compensation. The beta is released early for certain level of tier benefits, which also serves as playtesting to get as many bugs out of the game for the free public release 5 days later.
This is a free game for everyone. No one has to pay to play.

Just wanted to say I really enjoyed this update. Kinda wish certain characters had gotten more scenes but what they did get was great.
I’m thoroughly Team Cassie and am looking forward to what Bread & Co have in store for her down the line.

Yeah how dare I ask for a 100% save because I just want to see the animations and dont have the time to play the game. Clearly I am making demands fit for a king by simply asking.
- There is no pleasing everyone in anything. This is not an revelation of any kind.
- You could argue they didnt in the same way you could argue they did. However, as a dev it is their responsibility to let people know what to expect regarding content in the update.
- The beta literally gets leaked as soon as it goes live. It is not suppose to be public for another 5 days. Tosay the do this for free is disingenuous, and frankly naive.

I'm kinda disappointed. The previous update was better, full story with teacher and mom on the side.
On this one cousin was rushed, but I don't care about her as a character (and I don't think that anyone does), there was no build up. Aunt and mom is always fine! I'm ok with 3rd base with them, as long as a secondary character like the teacher from the previous update have full development.
It was a gamble to put all 3 (sister, aunt and mom) for just BJs. He should have "burned" one of them for full sex with repetitive events on the map to keep re-playability, since updates take so long. It would keep people interested showing that he has an end game. I would have burned the aunt for a full sex scene making this version 0.7, keeping sister for 0.8 update or something, 0.9 closing all other characters, and mom with Lilith for 1.0 (finale). A simple road map would keep everyone interested and trusting that the game has a direction and the dev a solid plan.
Those games that the devs create as they go, juggling characters stalling the plot, remind of those procedural shows that lose audience because there is no end goal in sight. This always leads to the accusations of milking the fanbase.
Well I love the game, love the style, the art, the story, the main characters, and the dev really communicates well keeping everyone informed of the process, but I hope to be alive when the game is complete...
