I'm sure your grandad would know how to "activate" a savegame once he knew what it was... Along with seeing the blindingly obious "Load" option that appears with it.

That couldn't be more incorrect if you tried.
He literally just has to scroll down to it and load the savegame. That's it!

Go and actually read the post he was replying to, or, just look at the saves for the game, because unless you've overwritten it, then slot 50 should have a save in it already, because each version comes with that slot filled for people to start at the end of the previous version's content.

No need to move anything, the file is included in the save folder in the download. Just go to save slot 50 in game and load it. Bam you start at the latest content.

Unless you're on Android, then there is no save as there is no way for the team to include a save in the android apk.

I disagree about the pacing being slow, I think the pacing is just right.
If you mean it's slow because we haven't unlocked SEXO with some of the main characters, then yeah. But what I like about the pacing is that it's always delivering.

There are no blue balls bonanza here, the foreplay scenes are just as well written, animated, and drawn as the hardcore scenes and they are plentiful too!
I've seen so many games giving only the basics (one HJ, one BJ and maybe one extra) and jumping straight into HC. It's just so little, especially if you like the girl and she has only half a dozen scenes at best (a reason why I'm not too fond of harem games).
I've mentioned in this thread before, the DEV knows what makes a good porn game, he doesn't waste the player's time and his own resources with non-porn content, every mission delivers a scene, and the MC and player motivations are aligned (we both want SEXO). At this point I'd try a fresh download and extract and see if that helps. Failing that I've no idea
