Absolutely, I know it felt a bit like that in the beginning when we were introducing all the locations and characters, but we've had an endgame for the main plot and have a set amount of focus girl updates we're planning for, who as of v.03-4 have all been introduced. It will be a gargantuan project (super smart of me to undertake it for my first game ever, I know haha) but it is planned within a finite scale

I don't, the time releases take is so hard to predict. It will be awhile, I know that haha, but I couldn't estimate a set timeline
