Why? If you actually played this game before, you know that the new version coming out in November will have a preloaded save in slot 50 for windows, linux, and mac that will enable players to start at new content, no save transfer needed.need complete save file of current version since i had reset my laptop

Honestly i respect the guy becouse unlike other developores who shan't be named he Actually delievers and has actual reason if he has a delay or a problem and has the rarest talent which is he Actually listens to the fans payers or not so if he reads this 'please don't become like the other lazybums who just drain peaple for a 3 minute update every whenever'

Side note-- great graphic design marketing here. Great text placement, sizing, and coloring. Imagery conveys just the right amount of information while not revealing too much. The branding is both seductive and recognizable. I used to design professionally and these update hype images are really well done.This Update is a Huge one fellas, Here's a comparison between all 4 Updates (Breadman and team are truely the GOAT)

Thanks man I appreciate that, my background is in storyboarding but I did a little graphic design in college. I'm not good-good by any stretch but I appreciate that what I can do gets the point across haha

Official NNN lawyer here, gaming does not break your NNN even if you end up touching your gamer junk and releasing your gamer gunk, that is just pro gaming, bro.
As a returning player, will I miss content that was built into earlier parts of the game or is the game only going forward in terms of updates?

Your question is not clear.
Every update is a full game, including all the previous content as well as the new. If you want to play from the start, you can.
If you want to use the preloaded save in #50 to open the gallery for previous content and play only new, you can. Any scenes which are available to replay within game (such as movie nights with Leslie) are also available. Just as they have been for quite a few updates.
What I mean is, if they added a new event that takes place 10 minutes into the game, but I load my safe 5 hours into the game, I would miss it since I progressed much further.
So I am asking if the game is only going forward or if there are scenes added to earlier parts of the game that require a new game from the start in order to see them.

You will not miss the event. Any events added into the game are NEW content that have variables that toggle whether you have played it or not. If the variable shows you haven't played it, it will be available to you --- no matter where you are in gameplay. Again, it's the way it's been done for many updates.
This game is more sandbox-y than a Virtual Novel.
