You download the whole game - new content starts from save slot #50. As for your old saves (if you have certain save points for certain scenes you want to rerun) there is a way to use your old saves from v0.5, but it requires certain steps to take including making saves in the new version that line up to save slot numbers in old version and then copy/pasting the old saves over to the new folder's save directory (but not copy/pasting the old #50 over the new #50).
one thousand percent. That scene makes me like the character less but i dont really care because its a porn game. i guess i chalk it up to "these kind of games are made to lead up to sex scenes not to actually have good dialouge"

It's a false positive. They are the only person reporting this and this has already been answered by one of the developers running the file through virustotal checker. If you'd like to verify, you could do the same.
