What does Sweeps say when greeting you? Are you at the hospital because Leslie took you to see the doctor? Please take a screenshot of your quest journal and share here.
Anyone else feel like the dad isn't really in the wrong? He's rude but that's about it. The protagonist is kind of an ass.
Bread tbh I dont really comment on your game but I'm a big fan I started playing from v.04 an I'm telling you this game is a master piece I really love your game an now that I have played 5.5 I'm crying rn it's too good its 100/10 keep up the good work bread an all who's on his team y'all did a splendid work on this game

The writing is cliche and corny, but in a fun and knowing way, it doesnt take itself seriously. (Quite liked the fact that Lilith's human disguise uses the name Faust, considering the pact between MC and Lillith is a faustian bargain)

Is he like gonna become like a secret demon or angel or something? Cause that's gonna be cool. If he becomes a demon/angel that the mc has to kill it'll be great cause it will remove our remorse from stealing all the women from the vicinity of the dad lol. Plus it'll remove the guilt of Lesley and her daughter if the dad dies, for all the incest Sex that would happen in the future haha.

Did you go to the East Wing of the hospital and see what's going on in the Research Lab?
After that, did you go to the front desk to get the access card?
If you are still having problems, I did a speedrun video #3,788 for strictly the new content for v0.4.1 in December (which is the content you are playing right now). Telling Leslie about going to the hospital is at 2:10, Dolly is about 4:00, and the part you are looking for is at 4:45.
