When can you start actually crafting and creating equipment/consumables?

I've completed the first three main missions but I can't seem to find a way to craft, and my inventory is FULL of ingredients.

Oh, and also, when applying patch 0.6.88, should I use the EX version or not?

I've completed the first three main missions but I can't seem to find a way to craft, and my inventory is FULL of ingredients.

After some more missions, also you will have to do some requests to unlock a crafting site.

Oh, and also, when applying patch 0.6.88, should I use the EX version or not?

I should mention, game was started on version before 6.80
