A few minor nitpicks:
Sometimes witches cast transformation spells unnecessarily - like a witch wil ltry to run you female into a male, then ride his dick. That's fine, but it als odoes that for a futa, which already has a dick. Kinda wasting the turn.
Even tiny dicks should still be able to have vaginal sex. There's no physical barrier to it.
I'm still not sure how amazons work. Do they always try to transform captives, regardless of thier sex? They captured on of the party (futa) and they seem to try and remove her D, which seems weird if they are capturing for breeding purposes.
Also, I seem to remeber seeing some messsage - do captured party members get preggo or impregnate amazons?

I notice tanuki come in various forms, but despite entering and exiting the town dozens of time to re-fresh nearby enounters, I've yet to run into a futa tankui, but I'm perry sure I've seen it once. am I misrimembering? Is there a futa tanuki?
I know I've seen cuntboys and dickgirls (which reminds me, an option to turn them off would be nice.)

IMHO, it should work like every other dick. It's a dick after all. People with micropenises can still get hard.
That said, some more thoughts:
Going around naked should increase the sex attack chance for the enemy.
A move to present/entice to get an enemy to fuck.
I noticed you can already alter allowed movesets with states (like horny, which should do more than just masturbate, but rather constantly try to fuck... or perhaps another state for that?)
More ideas for quests - like the save miners (why are all the kidnapped males? Presumably because female pregnancy? Quick solution: contraceptive effect on them).
You can have escort quests - Witch/alchemist asks you to escort her deep into the forest to collect herbs and back.
Travelers asking you to escort them from town A to town B.
You can have curriers you have to protect.
Perhaps even delivering wild monsters (someone else captured them, you just need to bring them location X)
Breeding requests - since the party is famous heros, perhaps a rich citizen wants to sleep with one of them and is willing to spend a lof money? Or a rich noblwoman/man wants not sex, but offspring (the child would stay with them).
A virginity tracker - vaginal, penile and anal. Among the stats, the name of whoever took it?

I added the size condition for the humiliation kink.

If we're talking about what's on our wishlist for possible updates, I'd love to see a tracker for transformed and kidnapped explorers.
Let's say I send a party of five women to the Sacred Cave and they all get turned into slime girls. However, I still have some explorers in reserve at my base, so it's not game over. It'd be nice to have a screen where I can see that those five women are now transformed and, ideally, start a quest where I go back to the Sacred Cave to rescue them.
This would also be helpful if I can't remember who got snatched by Kidnappers and who got snatched by Amazons. I definitely sneaked into the Kidnappers' city one night, couldn't find my allies, and finally realized they were in the Amazons' city (this was right after an update that changed the logic for who Amazons can target for capture).
Maybe this has been suggested already, or maybe it's not in the current plans, but would definitely be nice to see.
I've run into a couple crashes (no I am not joining a discord just to report bugs - that's stupid). Namely while trying to use the brothel in the starting town and when the plant boss(?) Alraune tried to use her roots as an attack after the ones present in that fight had all been killed.
Also, I'd really appreciate a content toggle specifically for party members being captured.

With regards to Amazons, I would suggest the follwoing:
- amazons are female (with optionally futas among them - default on)
- they kidnap anyone, since they can use anyone.
- they would try to convert females. If amazon futas are on, they would also breed them. Each day a captured female would get lesbian sex eperience and get corrupted (on capture, corruption is set to 0). At full corruption, they join the amazons, so you have a few days to save them. Or you could have a separate conversion tracker and not use corruption.
- possibly might run into them in an amazon party and fight against them? Re-capturing?
- males, they would use a breeding stock. Each day, they would get vaginal sex exp and there would be a chance they impregnate an amazon. This would be a statistical tracker - how many amazons babies your adventurers sired. Those would not be children you can access, just a number. But it could affect amazons - perhaps causing more amazons spawns or special amazons spawning.
- futas would work both ways.

Another reason why automated copy or syncing is a good way to go.
