Guys, I like to think of myself as a computer person, but imma be honest, I have no idea what the install instructions are trying to say.
I already have the RTP, but since I'm getting a crash everytime someone in my part transforms into a slime I figured I'd try to reinstall everything. And I can't figure out what I'm supposed to do here? There is nothing to override in the FTP donwload file, only an executable, unless I'm meant to override the RPGVXAce files, then again, should I? Won't this conflict with all other rpgm games?

are there futa enemies or npc in the game or what's the futa content?

Absolutely there is futa content. Playable characters can be futa or herm (cannot start out, must be born or modified), some NPCs are futa or herm (mostly demon area Muruti), and some enemies are futa or herm (amazons and alraune). Hermaphrodites can use both parts but futanaris have no vagina and are refered as dickgirls.
First thing I would do is check the game version you are using. The game is distributed as a base game, and updates are seperate and copied into the main game folder. Current game version is v0.7.63 and should say that in the bottom right corner of the title screen. If it is not updated find that update in the Mega folder and follow the instructions in the text file. If that doesn't work and you still have this issue you can go to the Discord and submit a bug report, the dev is very attentive and quick on this.
The RTP is only files that are shared between all VXAce games and is not modified by any game (at least shouldn't be) so any fresh install won't affect other games. You can actually take the files from where they are installed to, copy it to the game folder, and select "no" to any files that would be replaced, and have a functional VXAce game without needing the RTP installed. There is a line in Game.ini that tells the game whether it needs the RTP to run if it is not included, and the line can be removed if you do this.

Discovered this game and it is quite interesting, overall perhaps my only problem is related to party management and not having a MC.
Related to the first perhaps it could be interesting to add some party talks, having characters interacting with each other and that they could develop feelings making it more natural that later on they can breed with each other. I just feel that the overall relationship system is kinda... meh.
On the other hand related to not having a MC the thing is that we interact with so many people and characters that it would feel more personal if it was you and your party compared to just your party.
Overall those 2 are just the negatives I find in the game, for the rest it's kinda fun, I also love exploring and the minimap is a great addition, perhaps something to note is that it could be useful to give a special colour to non generic quests a.k.a non repeatable.

That's actually wrong.
Futanaris are in the code, but since they are identical to herm they are ATM disabled. So herm = futanari.
Dickgirls aren't futa. You MUST have a vagina to be considered futa. Anyone who claims othervise is a delluded idiot.
Just apply the last patch in the game folder, not the rtp folder.
I will check it.
It still needs to improve.

The ffirst character (name in blue) is kinda he MC. You notice they cannot be removed from the party normally.

Overall I finally played all current content of the game, didn't bother to 100% everything but I have a clear idea of the current state of the game. First I will say stuff that the game literally needs:
1º Either we need to be able to buy normal building resources (wood, stone, iron...) or let us designate characters to work on that and their results are based on their profession levels on said matter.
Overall I'm more fond of the second option, having characters that each day recollect resources for you and put them in the storage. The reason I say this isn't just for the current resource missions that asks for herbs, mushrooms and stuff, but even more for more advanced building projects that we may get in the future, it isn't fun going into the map looking for wood and stuff.
2º Repeat previous actions option in the fight menu, we have a guard all, wait all, attack all... but having a repeat previous actions would be quite nice to accelerate some fights.
3º Some quests I do not know if they are finished or not, for example I never got the pure water for the priestess nor do I have any idea how to get the pink cage, which makes me wonder if they are finished quests or not. If they are finished then I highly recommend adding some more help to complete during said quests, cause I personally felt lost and with no idea how to do it.
4º We need some dungeon variation, right now all dungeons feel the same, just a maze that you need to find the way to advance, sometimes having straight forward maps would be appreciated, even more having some side objectives that could make final dungeon fights harder or easier (like rescuing captured people before they get corrupted), after the forest I started to feel fatigued about mazes, then met the swamp, the cave and the hornets...
5º I may have said it before but non-repeatable quests should have a different colour than the others, the same for urgent missions if you add them at some point. This will let players prioritize what quests are more interesting to do.
Those 5 points are important stuff that I feel will improve the experience of the game by quite a lot and that are necessary, now I'm going to talk stuff that I feel it's highly recommended to add:
1º Zone pacification/worsening: This isn't necessary for all zones, but at some point doing stuff like cleaning the mine from mobs, giving a lesson to amazons and outlaws, cleaning the roads from dangers and stuff like that would be appreciated.
It just adds a lot to our influence in the world and doesn't have to be something very major, for example a zone could categorized between five levels (clean, pacified, normal, contested and dangerous), not all maps can become clean, only a few like parts of the mine, perhaps the sacred cave and a few other places that would make sense to be able to fully clean the mobs from said zone, pacified would still have mobs but they won't actively attack you, normal would be most zones basic state, contested would increase number of mobs encountered from 3 to 5 and lastly dangerous will have boss mobs like the slime broodmother and stuff.
The point isn't about staying with all zones pacified, but more about being able to make a zone pacified for a period of time, unless we get much later into the game and we can actually fully pacify a zone, overall it gets tiring to evade mobs all the time even when I know I fully farmed said zone.
2º More uses for money: Currently in the game I have more than 1M gold and it's going to be quite insane later on, so that made me think that we just need more uses for gold and that made me think about a few options:
-Building our own base: Getting to have your own base and obtain some benefits from it would be nice, it could also be a huge way to spend our gold.
-Renovating places attacked by monsters: Overall I feel the map could have more minor locations with some content, be it villages, farms... basically places that could be raided by monsters if the zone becomes dangerous.
-Paying for some map projects: Do you know something I would 100% pay for? a military base at the entrance of the forest, that forest is just too dangerous for the residents and anything that tries to go out it is also very dangerous, so to protect the zone better would be very useful to have a base there and in other strategic locations.
-Investments: Being able to invest in town businesses, farms... basically giving the player a daily return, this could be important if some of the other projects end up having an upkeep.
With these more or less I covered what I consider important, other than that it's the typical stuff I said before either on my review or previous comments and it's more based on what type of content do I feel lacking and all that.

That's a common problem. No one understands words or uses them properly (Rule34 is ESPECIALLY guilty of this, at least half the images tagged as futa are actually shemales/traps). Words that are not synonims used as synonims.
Even basic common sense would tell you that dickgirl and cuntboy share the same gential+body shape logic in their name or that you have multiple terms by which you can describe (female body shape, but only dick) while there is only one real term for futa and that is futa.
Futanari by definition implies both organs.

Pink cage you can craft in the workshop in demon city.
Pure water you can also craft (Angel fluid + water IIRC) in the Resta workshop.
I think it is planned for Amazons encoutners to change depending on actions (and how many time you've been captured)
There's an item that makes you invisible so mobs don't attack.
Otherwise, perhaps a change in mob behavior would be in order - depending on how much damage you did in the area, your local infamy (or area security) might rise, and some monsters may avoid you. Infamy falls over time. The higher your infamy (or your party level) the less likely are weaker mosnters to attack you.
Perhaps investing in building like guard posts/watchtowers might prevent it from falling below a certain level?
you could even tie the area security wiht town prosperity (and thus items avilable in shops?)

I didn't find demon city so that may be so, I found suma city and the original city, where is the location of the demon city?.
