I designed some myself, just for reference:
Hydrogel: If you're by the river or drinking in the wild, these things can latch onto you. They might block your mouth or butt, creating this weird visual effect where you can't use either, and your belly slowly grows. Same if they stick to your chest or privates. In the final stage, those body parts turn into this translucent blue goo.
Dick Worm: A parasite that has a chance of staying on your member when you are caught by a plant (if you can).It forces you to ejaculate and increases its size. You can use it to replace your genitals, but this bug is consuming your own size every day
Pussy Flukes: Like cock worms, they attach to the vulva and fertilize it, even enlarging it beyond its restricted size. They can also take over the role of the vagina, and in the final stage give the character a large clitoris.
Nipple Fluke: This parasite has the opposite effect. It will stick to the character's chest and continue to absorb size until a huge nipple is left.
Orifice infiltrators: These bugs are encountered in deeper areas. They invade the breast pores or urethra and lay eggs in the breasts and testicles, making these areas look weird. Every other cycle brings a big climax to the character and spreads the parasite to others
Giant Worm: Invades the character's anus or vagina, causing it to create a small pregnancy effect that works in place of the anus, and you end up giving birth to a rather large creature.
Latex Leech: Leech but with sexy lips. It tends to suck the character's mouth to make the lips moist and plump, but sucking the penis and nipples will also make them bigger, increasing penis and nipple size as well
Brallyfish: It will only wrap around the character's head, temporarily changing his personality to obscene and lewd. During combat, he will frequently masturbate and violate his companions. In non-combat state, he may violate you or others while you are asleep.
Lurker: Grabs a character's face to make him dizzy, grabs a character's butt to make him pregnant, grabs the front and inserts and sucks at the same time, the character's expression will broken
Watch out for those questionable plots and hanging vines! Maybe this change will be annoying?
These parasites can replace the position of certain equipment slots, and an animation will be generated when invading and taking out, showing the growth level of the parasite.
You can view other companions’ attitudes toward parasites through conversations, as well as their struggles with their own changes.

My apologies, I forgot to take a screenshot, but I was playing the mission where you have to clear the floors of the mines and on the third floor where you fight the stone golem and two mud men/women, the golem took one of my party members away from me. I decided to keep attacking him anyways and on the first attack all seemed well but on my second attack it crashed the game.

-Shortcuts system bug in battle when assigning skills.
-Fixed some wrong penis graphics names, this caused some sex poses visual bugs, corrected the names, but not fixed in this patch.
-Added Testicles Potions to the Mysterious Tent shop.

My apologies, I forgot to take a screenshot, but I was playing the mission where you have to clear the floors of the mines and on the third floor where you fight the stone golem and two mud men/women, the golem took one of my party members away from me. I decided to keep attacking him anyways and on the first attack all seemed well but on my second attack it crashed the game.

I would need to know what it says so I can find it more quickly.

Hi, Eropixel! I wonder your game and think thats amazing. May I ask you about pregnancy system upgrade? What if do non-immediate bell grown when character got pregnant? Maybe do 3 (for example) visual stages of pregnancy with different belly size (no belly on 0-3 days - small on 4-6 - current size belly on 7-10)? I think that possible (split preg period on stages) and I can try to help you with it in game code.

It also begs the idea of hide pregnancy status before checkup or next stage, but in this case I think it's not suitable for game mechanics with visual display of impregination (maybe) and have no idea how to do it...
