Reading some of the negative reviews it seems ppl dislike minor stuff like similar characters, animations that sometimes are just a couple frames (gets better as the story progresses imo) or that they sometimes have to be advanced by clicking through single frames.. I think things like these are just subtleties, no reason to give a game 2-3 stars if the overall render and writing quality is good - and oh boy, it is.

The writing in this game is spectacular imo. I like how the characters are written, most of them feel very real and believable for a post-apocalyptic scenario like in this game. Also the world itself is interesting, feels ruthless and hard to live in.

The renders are not the best you can find on F95, but they are by no means bad as well and work really well for what is happening in each part of the story.

And then there is the sound design with great music, great sound effects which very well underlines the mood and the feel for each scene.

And last but not least there is the porn aspect which imo is well implemented into the lore and the world itself. Decisions the player can make feel somewhat believable for the given circumstances. The balance between sex and story scenes feels good too.

The choices in this game also feel like they have weight to them and matter a lot in terms of available scenes in your play-through.

So overall I can just recommend to play the game & support the dev. This seriously is the first game in a long time I played for hours in one go just because it felt so immersive and interesting to follow the story.

This may not be for everybody, but it's definitely for me.

Beautiful characters, interesting plot, and a mixture of sex / story that will leave you hungry for more. That last part is crucial, as I've seen many games that spend forever developing plot without any erotic scenes, and others that just make it an orgy.

This game gives you both in well balanced doses. I was really hoping for a certain development in this update, and low and behold it was there! And the previous updates have found ways to satisfy the need for plot and sexiness in creative ways that make you go "oooo...well done!"

Before i write my review, it is important for me to say that i am going to be slightly harsh since the rating of this game is so high with so many nonsensical 5* reviews. If this was not the case, i believe a 3* would be fair. Above average.

the good:
- the premise is superb
- the story is unique and well written,
- the characters are well written and most of the time, introduced well.

the Bad
- vast majority of the LI's look the same
- renders are average and often below.
- animations are TERRIBLE! rather not have them.
- Too complex for its own good.
- not really an RPG.
- could do with better, more immersive music.

A fun post apocalyptic adventure with good storytelling.

Pros

• Excellent renders
• Excellent character models

Cons

• The MC's wife (Zahra) and two daughters (Shani, Ain) all look alike with only minor differences to their appearance. It appears that the dev used the same character model and just changed their hairstyle and minor facial features (and bigger breast size for the youngest daughter).
• Only 50% of the sex scenes in the game are animated
• Animations are choppy - too low FPS. 20 FPS is needed for smooth animations.
• Not a fan of the 'click fest' animations used throughout the game (where you have to click lots of times to progress the animation).
• Sex/lewd scenes are over too quickly with little sexy talk or passion (passionate moans of pleasure, sexy groans, female orgasms, etc.). The sex scenes feel rushed and not enough time is spent on them. They also lack passion.
• Some sex scenes are skipped altogether??? For example, the threesome event with Asha and Kyra gets skipped. The story just says that the three of you have passionate sex all night. Not the time to skip content dev!
• The MC barely gets to have any sexual activity with his wife other than a couple of blowjobs??? This is a missed opportunity!
• There are oftentimes menu options that have nothing in them (empty). They should really be hidden if they are empty. For example, talking to your wife at night often leads to no options available.
• Aside from the MC and Shani, character development suffers throughout the game with other main characters such as Zahra and Ain.
• Sandbox game without a purpose. 95% of the time, there is only one unique activity to do (just repeatable scenes as options). The game plays like a visual novel, just with a bunch of extra clicks required to continue the story because of the sandbox mechanics. If you are going to make it a sandbox style game, you need to have more new activities to do than just one. The sandbox mechanics are kind of wasted here and not needed (unless a lot more events are added that can be done at the same time).
• Minor English problems. There are awkwardly worded sentences throughout the game. Minor spelling issues. Missing words here and there.

I really enjoyed this storytelling adventure! The visuals, story, and writing are excellent overall!

I just wish the author placed a larger emphasis on developing good lewd/sex scenes. There are lots of problems with the lewd content as listed in the Cons.

I actually really like sandbox style games, however there isn't enough content to justify it currently.

It is a solid 4 star game with several weaknesses.

I recommend the game and encourage others to give it a try.

The good :
-The overall universe and design is quite unique
-The game does look very good
-The ladies are quite good looking
-Adult content is a generous amount
-Plot doesn't look too bad so far

The less good :
-Animations are good quality, but very low quantity (the reason why my rating is so severe)
-The ladies somewhat look all the same

I'll might give another shot once it's finished, it was okay, but nothing spectacular imo.

Just tested this today, no idea how I could have missed this for so long.

Great game, I like the setting a lot it just stands out to a lot of ther other games. Characters are pretty nice so far. Guess this is going to be one of my favorites.
Renders are great as well, just hope that more choices will come especially in the coalition sheme (queen and other factions).

In general, I never rate games, but this game is of such a high standard I had to make an exception. The place of occurrence is in post apocalyptic Egypt, a very interesting play on the old trope, and it makes you really want to explore it's story. Accompanied by stellar, visuals, an intricate story, and well thought, distinctive and round characters (*wink wink*) this game is a masterpiece in the making. As for the porn, there's a decent amount of fap material as in version 0.07 and it's quite hot with the brutality, slavery and cultural permisivness adding to the kinky fun. There are some scenes that could be better angled, but in general, you definitely get what you came for. My praises to the creator, you nailed it man. Or woman. Keep up the good work

What a gritty, sexy, kinky game. I love it. This VN captures the post-apoc vibe as well, if not better than any other VN I've played thus far.

Feels like a well done Mad Max/Brazzers crossover.

Dude. That shit is excellent.

I rarely ever comment or review games I play, but this is one of the few that I feel deserve it. There is one thing that game has that very few others, if not none, have.

I'm not talking about the art, the scenes, or the great amount of content. While these are very good and would deserve their own review, what really surprised me was the actual world. The person that made this actually took a deep breath, sat down, and seriously gave thought on how to make an interesting, unique and coherent universe with a gripping story. There are factions with their own characteristics, environmental phenomena, different cultures, etc. This sort of background detailing is something very few porn game developers even try to achieve, let alone do so successfully. While further character development seems to be still in the works, the world-building is already much more than anything I've come to expect from a h-game. There is a legitimate, fleshed-out lore in this, and I found myself actually going out of my way to learn more about it. There is literally a room that lists a bunch of stuff about the background and environment, each entry with detailed descriptions in a diary-styled fashion.

In short, this is one of those rare h-games where you keep playing even after busting your nut. This is a typical "Came for the porn, stayed for the plot" situation.

This is one worth trying. The dystopian setting is nice.There is blood and violence you can also avoid If you don't want. You can build your own harem, your wife is completely ok with it. The queen is a psychopath. The story plot is nice. Game is worth playing.

This is a very ambitious game and, so far, is nailing it.
The story is very original and the characters and universe are interesting. Maybe a mix between Fallout and the Dark Tower (the gunslinger), but with cold weapons.
I loved the game and it has a decent amount of content so far. I wish the developer all the best and I hope he comes through with this project.

I have to agree that this game is pretty awesome. The visuals are great, the writing is very good, the characters are varied and interesting. And I think above all, the world is a really interesting place with a pretty unique etiquette.

I think there's a decent amount of content here for a .07 version - definitely enough to make playing it worth it. Didn't pay attention, but it probably took me 2-3 hours to get through.

One caveat I will add is to take the gore warning seriously. I left it on, and I think I would do that again, but it does get pretty gory with some intense torture scenes - more than I was expecting.

One of the best games i have seen so far.
Very good quality, good story line, nice options and the list goes on.
I'm sad that the game is not that long yet, but that did not keep me from adding a sure 5 star rating.

All out, pulls no punches. Renders, story, dialogue, progression, all excellent. A good amount of content already present, and what is there offers a flavour that I've only ever seen executed poorly before, so a rare thing here.

A lot of potential. Post apocalyptic vibes which is absolutely a great premise to start this game off. The story has great backing but could be fleshed out a bit more which I hope will happen with this game before the outcome of the story, it doesn't have to end so soon, more backstory please. With some beautiful scenes and believable character relationships.

Pros:
~Game actually has its own unique culture- pretty rare in H game world-building.
~Pretty character models
~Gritty environment
~Badass MC
~Some fun remixes of common "Fallout" post apocalyptic tropes
~Writer seems to understand emotion so there is realism to the characters.

Neutral:
~Sharing scenes (while few) are just a waste of art assets. I appreciated the Dev gave us a toggle for that. It wouldn't even cross my MCs subconscious as an option concerning his daughters.
~Game is pretty young- so quite a few characters aren't fleshed out yet.

Cons:
~No game-play elements befitting an RPG game. You can get more girls, some cash, and a better car- but there aren't really other game-play elements.

Great game story-wise, and the general writing/dialogue is actually pretty compelling, which is something probably less than 1% of devs here can manage. Unfortunately the h-content was very average and even got repetitive.

Visuals and renders are great, but without a well-written h-scene, you're left unsatisfied. They were relatively numerous, but very lacking in quality and, quite unlike the rest of the writing in the game, felt like something any crap-dev could put together in under half an hour.

I'd still recommend anyone who's a fan of the tags check it out, but expect a "physical frustration" and considerable enough dissatisfaction to necessitate other methods of release.

Desert Stalkter v0.07c is an incredible game! This game jumped straight into my top 3 adult games of all time and trust me I have played A LOT. The characters are interesting, the atmosphere, the set up, I like everything. Forgot to mention about the characters, this game has the most beautiful characters I have ever seen, literally how I imagined how a beautiful woman in Egypt looks like, incredible. This game is definietely one of the most unique game nowadays, you play as a trasure hunter in apocalypse time in Egypt, what can be more interesting than that?. Some H scene are lil bit short, that is only downside of the game. I highly recommend trying this game, you wont regret, this game deserves all the attention.

Not sure how I didn't find this earlier, really hot scenes with good models and interesting lewd world. The writing is sexy, and the animation adds a good touch. Can't wait to show the wasteland the right of might.

This is a great fucking game! It's also a very ambitious project, but one that delivers. The setting and story are cool and quite captivating, the romantic interests are many, varied and all look great! The game is quite gritty and gory, which I like, but you can tun that off if it's not your thing. The game has some short cutscenes that really add to the whole experience. Something as simple as a sealed vault door hissing as it unlocks and then swinging open really adds to the atmosphere. And as short as they are they are well done and it's clear that A LOT of work went into them. The way the game handles the incest content is also a nice change of pace. I like stories of secret love between a father and his daughter as much as anyone, but a story where it's not just accepted but expected is refreshingly different. Also, the content with the crazy sisters is one of my favorite parts of any VN ever, I seriously can't recommend this game enough!
