dont remember, but at some point all quest's are stuck. So i delete wt mod, load the game, quest starts and i install mod again. I need to do that 3 or 4 times.

I don't think there are mods for phone, the only thing I have ever seen to phones are the games themselves

Your mod is broken for 19.4. Every time I go back to the Yard/Main Gate I get an error about

"AttributeError: 'Quest' object has no attribute 'tracked'."

So it seems your mod breaks the game ability to trace quests. Removing your mod doesn't fix it, this breaks the game, all my old saves do this now. Other people in the main game thread reporting the same issue after using your mod.
