How can I renovate the house?
The changelog says home renovation is available on the phone now.
But I'm not seeing any renovation options.

Do I need to do something to make them show up, or is that a bug?
Another thing about that shady guy - you can totally buy all the pills/coke he has, but he always has more of it in stock than weed which runs out. So you could buy a whole kilo, and then you'd just be sick of buying 50-10 gram bags. Also, buying and selling drugs doesn't use any energy, so it's easy to make quick cash and break the game. It's like it shouldn't be that way.
So, the drug trade seems to be getting more complicated. It's so frustrating. I might be missing something about how to buy more. This part isn't obvious. In the older versions, you could buy 100 or 500 grams at once.
Here's what I think should change:
- Buying and selling should use energy
- Different storage limits for different drugs. Maybe around 100-20-10 for starters.
- Locations should correspond to different storage levels. For example, new places open up when you sell a certain amount or value, or better yet, when you find the right person.
To balance the energy use:
- When you buy from a shady guy, you may get everything he has in stock in a single purchase. It wouldn't be a bad idea to have the ability to buy up to the full storage.
- Add an option to sell less than the customer wants, at a discount. (I find it weird that customers always want more than 10 grams when storage only has 10.)
- Add another option to sell more than the client wants, again at a discount. (Since you can only sell between 10 and 12 times per day, it'd be great if the whole stock sold in one day.)
- Maybe reduce or remove randomness from sales. (It's annoying when there are constant "series" of no clients or they want things that are out of stock.)
Instead of random, you can add mechanics with the police, with not very high probability the buyer may turn out to be an undercover cop, and if you sell him (her) drugs, you will be arrested and lose a significant part of money/stocks.
And the quest to corrupt the cops begins.
