If you have done the Mr. Juice thread, the police station unlocks. Go to the police station in the Business district. There's 2 options. Become a police officer or get arrested. Not sure how to get arrested, though. Might have to do something different in the Mr. Juice thread :shrug:

If I remember correctly, you have nothing to talk to him about anymore, otherwise, talk to Brandy directly. If this option is not feasible, you should take the dog for a walk and ask him for a tip and then talk to Brandy about her husband's debt. Check the walkthrough built into the game.
The dog's quests are 100% done, I have already exceeded 1 week of debt with Brandy's husband. On the procedure he and indicate that I had to speak to him once his husband exceeds the 1000 of debt, except as I said he and at 15000, and it is still impossible for me to speak to him.

Yes, I had the conversation with the husband (there, he told me that he would pay me back in a week or continue to play with him). For the dog, have a good friend who knows what the idiot is saying.
Hehe. Well if the dog mentioned the jewellery and the husband is talking about the debt, then the wife should trigger the next part when you talk to her about the debt and the jewellery.

i have...Claudia, Goldie, Callie, Justin, Romi, Aubrey, Christin, Adriana, Lisa, and Mandy but there another character in the neighborhood section that says You will meet her while working at the local store and i don't know how to trigger her path
