How do I do Callie's tutoring as I have gotten to the point where her walkthrough says "This is where it gets tricky. You need to own a rancho. You will be able to buy a rancho when you meet Aria at the university and have at least $40,000 daily passive income. In addition, we need to do all the tutoring." But I can't find the option anywhere

You can't, because I forgot to give an update to her basement code after the rework. It will already work.

Same here. One girl is missing for me with walkthrough saying I should meet her in the local store. And also two girls are missing because of some "strange house" storyline which I never saw. I have almost completed the ranch story line so I'm almost at the end of current game. How can i trigger this "strange house" story? I visit park from time to time to sell drugs but this story never triggers for me.

If I remember correctly the strange house is in the forest, going to the left a few times (or just going randomly, I forgot the exact steps)

His thread was created well before the idea of the transformation pill mechanics was conceived. Perhaps in the future I will try to approach his thread again and develop it like a character story in the main character's house. (Stories in version v1.18, of course).

Jesus Christ, when you described it actually sounds terrible. Adding the new intro and a certain insertion makes it even worse. Maybe this character's thread should actually be prioritized for change.
