I loaded prev save from novemeber on update but house upgrade has not been done and no option to do this. Do i need to start again?

I don't remember honestly. But it was pretty boring. May be you need to loose to this bitch, when you fight her at least once? There is this fight with some villain woman, which takes quite long, you need to do it a lot of times. At least for me it was like this. May be I have missed some additional condition. Better ask game creator I guess.
This is strange. I had the pool upgrade right after I upgraded my house to a villa. First you upgrade room after room, then upgrade the whole house to a villa, and then in the end there is a pool as upgrade. Did you get the fitness room already?I called them, they are not handing me any more options
