Does anyone know what engine SLG (toucher/cohabitation) games are using? I want to create such game since I'm very good at hand-drawn animation... but there doesn't seem to be any info on how these games are made. I was thinking of using Unity with Adventure Creator plugin or signing up for Unity Pro to ask the support team, but I'm not sure if this is something they are willing to help with. Any info is much appreaciated!

If your art is good, and you're looking to monetize, then you'd almost certainly find a dev willing to work with you in exchange for a cut of the proceeds.
