The cheating tag is only for the things in the game so unless u have her in a relationship with Aki in game (or emphasize she likes him aaa lot lot in the game) there is no reason for the tag. It's a parody so what happens in the chainsaw man universe is irrelevant for the tags. I haven't played the game yet so sorry if those things are clear in the game.
