Just getting back into The Sims, updated all my mods, this included, and now when I try building a house, every time I place a door I get a message telling me there was an issue and to check my "Devious_Desires_Exceptions.txt". I have no idea what I'm looking for with this, but it is in the spoiler below.

That error points to you needing to update/install CSF, so the absolute only possibilities are the following:
- Outdated CSF installed
- Duplicate installation of CSF installed
- Incorrectly installed CSF

Not much can be done with it.
Try removing Better Exceptions and getting a proper exception file lastexception.txt instead.
Then post them here.

You should remove Better Exceptions for the following reasons:
Better Exceptions removes many important parts of the stack trace, which is used to locate the problems and mostly points to ColonolNutty its mods as the problem.

If you want the default time to be literally forever, animators have no care in the world for what time they put on their animations.

No, it definitely works. I'm not gonna look into it for the 20 millionth time. Double check the criteria, especially the DD Milk Farm criteria related to pregnancy.

These are the only possibilities, if it is not one of these, it is a paradox:
1. Duplicate installation of S4CL
2. Old Version of S4CL
3. Cached version of S4CL (Delete S4CL and copy fresh instances of it into your Mods folder)

I have double checked the criteria.

- Cum Levels are at 100%
- I am utilizing the option that allows you to directly have cum go to the vagina
- I have even verified cum overlays were being applied at the appropriate location around the vagina.
- The receiving sim is able to get pregnant.
- The giving sim is able to impregnate.

When I disabled DDMF, pregnancy was restored.

When DDMF was enabled I also noticed inflation was not working even though overlays were being applied.

I understand your frustration, but if this topic is still allegedly spawning 20 million questions like mine and becoming more of a hassle than it's worth, then perhaps implementing switch in the future that allows users to decouple impregnation from specific DDMF criteria would be a good idea.

I am reading the instructions on the wiki and genuinely do not know what I'm missing.

I think I figured it out. If you have NisaK Wicked Perversions, the "Daughter of the Easter Hare" perk will interfere with DDMF and negate both pregnancy and inflation.
