Try removing Wicked Whims if you have that installed. If that isn't it, then select body parts in the DD Body Selector for them. If that isn't it, then make sure you've installed the required Noir Porn Star cock as specified in the description.

If this is the entire file content, please always attach error files as attachments.
This error indicates that the S4CL is not up to date. Sims 4 Community Library at least version 1.75

Then probably only helps:
1. remove old versions of S4CL
2. remove Duplicate Installations of S4CL
3. update S4CL.

not sure what is up with DD but ive been tinkering around for about an hour and a half and i cant get it to load any animations (which im assuming why they cant have sex and the "test encounter" isnt working). I can shift+click to get to devious desires, go to customize animations and it will show me all the creators and how many of each animation i have but when i click on a creator's name it always shows up blank. also the only mod that shows up in the "config mod settings" under shift+click is the sliders if that helps.

How not to load animations?
Can you do (press Ctrl + Shift + C) dd.reload_animations and tell me how many animations it finds?
"test encounter" was forgotten to remove, was not meant for players.
I think the sorting by creator is buggy in V3.9

"config mod settings" DD should show up there though.
I have no idea why this is not the case.

Is DD installed correctly?
Compare it with my DD installation, pay attention to the location of mod_data and what files it is. Maybe that will help you.

Why do you include a picture of the devious_desires_exceptions.txt? and not the file as an attachment? That way you can't do anything with it.

Just guessing at what I CAN see in that exception, I'd say that you need to update Sims 4

Is there a universal select body parts for all sims that I am not seeing? If not would that be possible in a future update? I know a few clicks and you are done with each sim. It would just be a small quality of life change so we don't have to do it to every sim in the game that decides to have some fun and suddenly their boobs disappear haha

I haven't used this myself yet, but as far as I remember, you can also set a custom for all.

what you go DD>nudity>select body it is only for that sim you are clicking on. What I am talking about is when a sim gets stripped of the outfit they are wearing what their body is underneath the clothing. The default sim body I use in game is different from the DD default. I can fix this by using change body part but I don't see a universal change all.

also there is no outfits when clicking sim or shift clicking sim. just change outfit and mccc for clothing related stuff. shift DD just gives debug stuff. shift change mod settings DD doesn't have body part options. only way i see to change it is Click on Sim -> DD -> Nudity -> Select Body Parts but again that is just for the sim you clicked on.
