Hi, I deleted Basemental mod and repaired the game -just in case-. I then tried to start the Graduation event with a different sim and I got this:

I do not know how to program but I can read that it says "Error occurred while injecting into function '_dd_brothel_request_zone_director' of class 'VenueService'"
Could that "brothel" file be the problem?

Did you activate using Mods in the options of Sims 4?
(options -> other -> enable custom content and mods AND enable script mods -> restart game)
Adding on to what mig said make sure that the the file mod_data is one folder deep. it should be Sims 4/Mods/mod_data
Installed DD by itself and removed all the modules that require DLC's as I do not have any but everytime I try to load into a household I get sent back to the world select screen or if I make a new household and try to load into the house I've selected it loads for a while and then tells me the game has failed to load in and recommends I restart my game and sends me back to the world select like the household I just made doesn't exist anymore unless I load it from the save again but even then it still doesn't work. everything that came with DD are the only things I have installed besides the modules I removed, its the same thing with the modules installed. Help please?
Edit: i also sometimes get a notification that 0 out of 0 CSF sliders have loaded.

try to cut out your whole sims4 game folder (to desktop for example) .... start the game...end the game ...and put your mods, trays, saves in the new created sims4 folder !
if this not work...there is a mod that makes this issue..so you can test your mods step by step ... so put some mods in mod folder..start game..if its work.the mods are okay..if its not work one of the mod make this issues...test the other mods etc.

I only have the stuff included with devious desires installed but ill try to move the stuff inside the game folder like you said, im running the game through the EA application btw if that makes any difference

A really good question...
While translating I've seen some strings about taking pictures or videos and uploading them to simporn. The in-game location seems to be somewhere in the sexual network (a guess from the strings), but I haven't found it - yet.

you misunderstood ^^ ! you mods should be in this folder (if you use windows) C:\Users\YourName\Documents\Electronic Arts (or Steam whatever)\Die Sims 4/Mods ... there you put the Sims4 folder in a other folder..for example...move the folder on desktop. Start the Game without the Sims4 folder..the game generated a new folder ..finish game..then put the mods from your folder on desktop in the new generatet sims4 folder...
It could be a "Work In Progress" If you do find more information please keep me updated.

my sims keep going onto computers to watch "incestuous videos" when they should be doing anything else, any way to turn this off? the computers are locked for them, but they bypass it
You have to choose between WW and DD, because there is some "disagreement" between the developers. This includes MCCC as well.
So... while translating, I got a few more hints about the actions you were talking about.
These actions belong to the "Sexual Network" module and this module requires the "Get Famous" DLC from Sims 4... So I'm assuming you don't have the "Get Famous" DLC, or do you?
It is also listed as a requirement in the readme.txt in the DD package.
I have the DLC, Have you tried it out yet? It might just be an "Action" and not one where you actually take a photo in-game. Cause I'd like to decorate my sim's place with their... Escapades.
I just bought the DLC and I'm about to try it out. In addition to the DLC, your sim has to have a sexperience of at least 5.
What I have found is how to create a profile at sim.porn, but I haven't taken any photos (yet).
