ok after reading through some relative threads on LL, I am even more confused with the sims4 community now.
From my experience modding skyrim, LL has always been the more adult-kind of mods place, so I would never consider they have any sort of 'web-policing' thing on judging others fetishes. Regardless of whatsoever drama, as a player I appreciate every single mod creator who devote their enthusiasm and energy, making us a more variate and fun game, which I believe is the key part of keeping a game's community lively.
I have no keen on judging the truth/correctness or picking a side. It's just every worrying to see the overall lack of 'fetish-variety' in the community, and I don't even dare to post anything relative on sims4 LL in case I might unconsciously offend any one.
I'm a little hesitant whether I should jump into sims4 or I should stick with skyrim, the continuity of relationships between npcs was what bought me here, but...
Afterall thank you again for creating DD, so at least there is an option for me if I decide to play the sims4. ( I have to admit if there is no DD, I would literally just cross the sims4 off my list.

I'd stick with 3, it's the better game anyway. The main reason everyone hates ColonolNutty is that the people who enabled child sims for sex has to use one of his mods for it. Specifically the Community library, it doesn't do that natively of course but if someone has an error to report and his library is in said error then the easiest thing to do to cover themselves and their livelihood is to just disassociate with it all together. On the surface level this would seem like a kneejerk reaction but it's very much deliberate as by demonizing ColonolNutty they can easily censor and control any discussion about him or his mods. Why do they do it so fervently though? Who knows, probably a mixture of self preservation and virtue signalling.

And yeah LL has went to the dogs over the past few years just like everything else.

I was just checking sims3 when I saw your message, surprisingly they still have dog/rape things in that big mod, but the graphics looks a bit dated.

Sims 4 update appears: Patrons you get the mod adapted after 12 Hours at the latest, who does not pay, who can wait a week longer and not play.
There disturbs of course another mod, which is firstly free and secondly does not break at every fart of EA.

Both host stations should work.
Did you install the deviousdesires_brothel.package from DeviousDesires v4.0 - Modules.zip?

I understand how sex mods are never mainstream

LL still is very "open" to beast, animal, and rape stuff for Bethesda games, they have no issue with that and no one gives them an issue with that. However with the Sims, its just a no go but like I said, there's a reason for that. The Bethesda games attract fans of violent action games, the Sims has a large audience that have no issue with vanilla sex mods but aren't down for the more graphic stuff and will pitch a bitch. Its never been accepted by most Sims modding sites, and often those who attempt to bring such content to the Sims games are blacklisted. Shame, so much more could be made for Sims 4 but due to the prudes, it won't happen. And yes, Sims 3 got away with some animal content on LL but that was because only one guy made a solid framework mod and he added animals, but it was such a good mod that many (or so they said) just disabled the animal stuff.. Plus, that was before Paetron I believe, so he had nothing to lose, think he took Paypal "donations" but it was optional, one didn't get anything special other than a thank you.

Briefly explained: Sim must have at least 30% on the romance bar.
Click on the Sim or object and then -> Romance -> Have Sex or Sex with <Sim>.

Technically, yes, the game will run with both installed, but WW has code that intentionally makes the game lag if it detects any of the mods the author doesn't like, which includes DD, S4CL, and all SFW games that use S4CL. Plus, having two sex mods is like riding two skateboards at the same time. Possible, but not smart.
Really, the only thing I've seen that can't be done with DD plus a few others mods that WW does, is periods

I have. The interactions and lessons are there but I can't find any "host station" item when I search for that in the build mode.

The host stations come with Dine Out. Do you have the required DLCs for the Brothel?
DD Brothel requires the Dine Out, Get Together, and Get to Work DLCs

apologies if it's been asked, but is there a ctrl+shift+c text way to hire employees for the brothel? Or alternatively, a way to expand my options when in the "manage employees" menu? It's continuously giving me the same 6 unexciting sims to choose from.

I'm stoked for this feature if I can get this working to my tastes - I had previously converted my WW strip club to a brothel but it's not perfect- however, that had a cheat way to hire by basically typing something like strip_club_hire_dancer (sim name) to make it happen.

Birth control, Menstruation cycle, a cool abortion feature, and a few other things make WW necessary. Thing is, DD ignores the birth conrol if its a sex act done by DD anyways, however, it can't ignore periods. But then DD has a lot that WW doesn't, so I have to say both are needed for a more realistic experience. Sure, load times go crappy but that's when I just go for a smoke.

Invited the Sims to the Lot and then try to hire them. I do not know if it is possible only on the Brothel property.
Use the "Social" tab and click on the people you want to hire, then click "Brothel" > "Hire as ___".

As DD continues to grow, it may be possible that someone will make these things happen in DD.
Through S4CL, anyone who can create mods can easily add something like this.
Unfortunately I can not, I also have some things that I would like to have in DD. I have also suggested in Discord from CN.

Hah, saying a "cool abortion option" does sound cruel, but I am 110% pro choice, so I like the Sims to have all the options available to real people in the US. And a woman having the right to do with her body as she chooses is cool, because she's allowed her freedom. WW also has the broken condom thing now, a bit more realism. Again, I'm not pro Turbo, I just think for right now both mods are needed to get as much sex variety as possible. Its just a shame about the load times but Turbo is being a prick....
