Skooma spent the better part of this year doing exactly that with no success. Instead they just ended up looking for reasons to fracture the path even more to add kinks they felt like writing when there were already paths for other characters that would have fit them better. They aren't trying to get it into a finished state and have recently admitted that the game will likely never be "done" but if it ever does get to that state it won't be for many years.

Huh, the Karen path this month ended up... Rather strange. Not in a bad way (though elements aren't to my taste), but strange.

I was expecting "Make a straight girl into your girlfriend" when I read the update note (and finally remembered who Karen was), not... End up involved in the slave trade, or using that to end up involved in a secret fantasy world. Or becoming a witch, or addicted to dragonleaf, though those are only hinted at yet. How exactly did blackmailing your father's teenage mistress end up like this?... Heck, just how did trying to buy a few vibrators end up like this?

You know, normally I'm fine with having to wait for a path to be developed, but this time I really want to see her actually buy and use the sex toys - just because my expectations were primed for that (or something like that) to happen, only for Cyan to trip and stumble into the magic mafia with a single bad lie instead, and for Karen to be put in the back of a van as a result. I want to actually do stuff with Karen if she's been introduced as a character! Not sex, necessarily, just a plotline of Karen-as-character instead of Karen-as-merchandise.

Other than that, it's nice to see the pace of content improve again, even if much of it revolved around characters I'm less interested in. But, well, I suppose it can't always be the Year of Cyan.

I mean that's pretty much this game in a nutshell. Go buy groceries, find yourself in the Twilight Zone or abducted by aliens depending on if you stopped to pet a dog along the way. (The dog may also rape you, even odds.) :sneaky:

True! I guess it just came as a surprise since this time it interrupted a plotline-in-progress, instead of coming from a more natural (for this game) branch point.

I mean, I knew that lying would end badly as soon as I saw it was an option, but I was just expecting to end up in a sex dungeon myself as a one-off Bad End, not recruited as a procurer.

EDIT: Also, let's be honest; in this game, if there's a dog, it's closer to a 100% chance that Cyan will end up having sex with it.

  • Jamie can now stammer aimlessly when Emi questions his assumption about being on top.
  • He can also choose to deal with his awkwardness at the loft party by drinking
  • Cyan can now select Traps on Girls - Uniform Code in her VR selection. She can also get... enthusiastic after selecting the one with her name.
  • Cyan can now check her email.
  • Cyan can now buy the art tablet from Brightstar Electronics.
  • Eric can now run away to the circus.
  • Eric can now respond with lethal force to both bandits after touching the longsword in the prop museum.
  • Jamie can now elect to talk about his mother's plans for his birthday instead of letting them be a surprise.
  • Cyan has a new option when witnessing her mother kissing a woman after being shooed out of the house.
  • Eric-as-Ukyo can now declare she's going to share the Strongman Okonomiyaki with Shampoo after proving her strength.
  • Cyan can now summon something to bolster her own abilitieswhen deciding to help the other Defiant escape.
  • The Valerie player character under young adult female is now available.
  • Devious World will now come with an images folder to provide local content. Eventually old images previously embedded in Twine will be restored via this and those currently hosted on imgur will be moved there as well. This may make the download larger but should eliminate problems with website access restrictions and playing offline.

You have to spend time with your brother, hide at the party, think it's kind of hot, follow the other choices you can make until you get to the ... choice and choose that.

Oh, I really do like the new character. She has a great personality - confident and self-interested, without being a total heel; she also looks like she's set up for some great plotlines. This was a good start for her, I think; I hope she receives this much attention for a while.

Cyan's gamer porn update was hilarious as well - way to weird out the simulation by getting too into it, Cyan. Though I do wish there was an (equally comedic, to be clear) option for her to agree to call the whole thing off, decide on a weekly game night with them, and settle for having some virtual friends instead. Yes, it would be a total anticlimax, but it would be funny. To me, at least.

I saw, i played, i fck it away because after 2-3 choices links to latter part of story is missing or you cant even take alternative direction. if these links will be finished my sick imagination will send this game 10/10.

Well, got a nice lot of bullet points this month. Not all of them have a ton of stuff behind them, but some of them do. February was a kind of hectic month... I got fairly sick at one point, but also did some traveling. This lewd Khajiit did another turn around the sun this month, which is part of what said traveling was about. Anyway, here's what we've got:
  • Some options have been renamed to their character names, to bring them into line with the rest of the player characters.
  • Dan can now go sell one of Mr. Black's "special creations". He can also help out with the invention of new stuff.
  • Fairified Eric can plead with her "rescuer" not to do what he's doing.
  • Cypher can now use the genetic sequencer after escaping with Striped Trouble. Much earlier on, he can also have Delvan unlock the ship.
  • The default character in the Ranma sim is now available.
  • Eric can go to the part of the Palladium bridge party that Kelly invited him to.
  • Cyan can now avoid blaming anyone when she pleads not guilty at the Space Rangers military tribunal.
  • Monk-in-training Cyan can now ditch Jakson to approach the adventuring party.
  • Valerie the Witch Princess can now refuse to see Thule's sons.
  • Cyan can now take the rehab assistant job on Orison.
  • Cyan can now choose Dominating Presence from Riara's options for her cheat power.
  • Sam can now poke around in her aunt's closet.
  • Amanda can now decide to try for plane tickets to the cheerleader training camp.
  • Austin can now tell Bunny he'll work with her to help Wonderland recover.
  • Gyaru-fied Austin can now tell Shirou he wants to be highly accommodating.
  • Eric-Ranma can now aim for the street nearby after getting Akane-launched.
