I've always really liked Devious World, but I think looking at it as an actual game is just going to send a lot of people down disappointment alley. It's best to think of the whole thing as naughty creative writing roulette. Once you've explored the available paths (and holy fuck are there a shit-ton of them in various states of completion and always will be), then every update can be taken as it's own new creative writing exercise. I do like their original concept of a hotly written, no grind, anything goes world to explore though. I've always thought about writing a game maybe in twine using a similar concept; mostly fast transforms, huge variety, almost anything goes, limiting it to just a male or female starting character, and using variables to track what's changed so the events seem sandboxy enough even though they'd be loops with a bunch of variations for fetish and body style. Honestly though, as much as it appeals to me, I don't know if there are enough people that really enjoy the lewd text-based stuff for it to be worth it though.

Hey so in that route where Mike get's turned into Mimi Minitaco, does anyone know what the reference is when they say that the animatronic voice that "kind of sounded like that orange alien with the glowing eyes on a cartoon you saw half an episode of years back"? Cause like I'm just not sure.

Maybe Starfire?

I think that finishing a character is not necessary. It's not the purpose of the game. Well... it should be, but the most important thing in my opinion is that there are lots of stories that will be done, and probably the author is doing what he likes, or what she likes. The characters are lots, their stories are more and more and the simple fact that we can have a taste of what every story will be it's amazing and spectacular. Would I like more content? Hell, YES! Of course! Would I like that the author will write the stories I am interested in? Absolutely! But while I'm waiting I can imagine how the stories will evolve, or I can try for a different character. Complaining is not necessary, and it's pretty useless. Just be patient, or simply ignore the game if you don't like it. Too many people complain about the lack of finished stories or bad ends, but is the best part of the game that lots of stories are being developed at the same time. Just let work the author, soone or later we all will be satisfied, perhaps even in more ways we imagined. Complaining is useless, that's not that kind of game...

i want an update to the "how do i shot lightning" path so bad :'C
i honestly understand why he doesn't do commissions of certain parts, because the writing he does when he's excited about what he's writing and wants to do it is probably like 10x better than when he forces himself to write sometihng, but if i wasn't broke and he did do commissions i'd honestly want to pay to have that worked on

Oh but surely there is plenty of interest when Fenoxo and Savin are living off TiTS&CoC and are able to pay a creative team of writers. For more mainstream smut you need go no further than, say, Fifty Shades... F95 may not be your target audience but that does not necessarily equate a general lack of interest in written erotica.

Yooo I feel that. The fucking massive Kai update? Like god damn, Skooma might never come back to it or any of the other stuff I like, but that shit was so good I finally got off my ass to Sub to their Patreon, and I don't see myself unsubbing for a very long time.

Also like NGL, the porn parts are spicy but what keeps me hooked is actually the serious stuff, it's some top tier stuff.

Ok so I haven't played this game since 2018-2019 on tfgamesite and I just remembered it existed of like a half remembering but I got some questions. Did a significate portion get writ in? Is the fnaf part get done? Did the lady who could transform to suit any environment get more work done on it? Is the haunted mason done?

Plz I hope for the best.

Put this game on the ignore list a year ago, clicked on it again today and start reading the 7 pages of comments after a year. Freaking nothing has changed, see you next year.
