Do i have to do it at specific time or day? Because i tried it on Weekends and normal days but most of the time it´s just normal masturbating event or the one with arty.

My fault, I forgot that I set it up in the way that you can't get this scene if you are devoted to Arty. But if you get it before devotion, all other activities of second desire level with Viktor will still be available after devotion, except for that specific masturbation scene in the living room. Had to do it, because for both of them the time of availability is intersecting too often. I'll change it a bit next time so you could get it either way, just to pass through on next level.

It's not possible at the moment, the project is new, so all the scenes except for 2 quest ones in the game are softcore.
how to progress with sister?
i must be doing something wrong. i have 6 characters ready to advance but cant seem to hit the right moment and place to meet them. some help in game would be fine. at least a hint under the name or something.

It's too early in the project to have content for all characters, especially female. Relationship or Desire turning red only indicates that you have reached the cap to progress, it doesn't mean that there is where to progress. Right now some content is available only for Viktor and Arty. I'll try to add something later in the development to indicate whether there is content or not for specific character.
oh, that got me confused. Earlier with arty and Viktor, whenever i got them to the limit and it turned red, it meant i had to find a location to trigger advancement. you could probably make the colour of end of content different so that i dont search in vain.

Old saves are not compatible with new versions for now, it's mentioned in developers notes. The game is still new, so I'm building up a lot of things and features, adding characters, thus it's not possible to make saves work between versions.
Videos and images, images are mostly for common stuff, like places and characters, videos for scenes, but sometimes I use images in scenes too when I can't find a something suitable.
I'm really enjoying the game, but I do think it's time we start seeing some sexual content. I personally haven't really seen it yet, except for some teasing and kissing. Or am I missing something?

There are only two quest scenes with bj at the moment, other stuff is teasing/kissing/groping. In best case scenario, I'll need 3 more updates to get to proper sexual content with love interests.
If you've reached 2nd lvl of desire with a character and the desire turns red, you should check 'think about someone option' at the table in your room, there you should spend X amount of money to activate transfer scene. This works both for Viktor and Arty.
