Either snitches who stalk this site religiously to defend their favorite artist or gooners suffering from too much coom brain, that they think sharing the artists' own official link as opposed to downloading and uploading the files to another host, is a smart thing to do. For the second one, artists' can tell when their links are being throttled.
It seems that when you get awards in the Google folder, the images get a markings , like in the screenshots (they were taken from sets published on ehentai).
Would it be possible to just draw over these? (Assuming the tracking isnt using full on code)
I think yes (if this is the only measure of protection), but they are quite small and difficult to notice and often there are several of them in random places.
I'm aware of markings, was just curious how he would know someone shared the art in the first place. I guess he could be stalking this site too, or what the other guy said, someone snitches.

I'm pretty sure everyone here knew about the markings for a while now. And I don't think this changes anything, since I doubt anyone here would be willing to edit so many pictures, even if there is an easy way to do it.
We just need 2 accounts, not specifically 2 people. But when comes to prices, there are considerations.
Well, google have been stricter on the account registration requiring a phone number to authenticate. If the number was used like 3 times to make new accounts (from my experience), then it will just be denied. And an email is needed to create a patreon account.
If anyone is game for this, I can chip in. Deyui's old art is kind mid, so I'm interested in getting the new NSFW from this year (especially those from Stella Sora).
