The release schedule is changed because of life situations and the latest information i have is from end of September.
The dev is working on tier 5$ and after tier 5$ there is tier 3$
He is also working on 2 other games, so i have no idea when the public version will be released

If you're referring to InSpiritual: Calamity, it seems that he has started working on that game again. This post is from his Patreon in July.
