Dicktator and a strange triangle

Is it normal to have that "triangle" with the top under testicles?
I used Dicktator V3 on G8M default.
I tried all kind of textures (wizard too) and I always see that figure: is it right?

its where the toplogy/edge flow changes direction.

If you want to point an 'issue' out... What's with the obvious 'seam' at the top of the triangle -- It looks clearly like a UV seam painting error in his taint.
