I think the game didnt sell good and they stopped working on it. I would be not surprised.
But thats only my opinion. Maybe i am wrong, perhaps you find a patreon supporter who knows more.

v1.0.4 is too much bug, idk dev it lazy he not checking this patch i disapointed, new add outfit maid for seles and aiden other it no, more button skip dialog when use W or page up (what they it thinking), it long time why not add private cell like DID 1 or do chapter 2 or do more side quest swing carol and evelyn

That is still just v1.0.1, though, not even v1.0.2, so it's very outdated.
