Of the two options in the title, I'd pick the hidden #3: Don't Bother.
Art's poor. RpgMaker chipset with a smattering of halfassed CG that aren't any more appealing than the title post.
Writing's poor: scenario's overdone, rote, and as halfassed as the art; no tension or buildup, no use as an NTR plot, survival game, or porn in general.
Nothing bothered me beyond the apparent fetishization of boredom. Takes too long for porn to happen and it's weightless and insubstantial when it does happen. And badly drawn.
TLDR: This NTR is avoidable.
