Direct3D error

this last week whenever I click on a game this error appears

This is going to sound obvious but have you tried to reinstall DirectX and your graphics card drivers?

BTW pt = Portugal?

when i try install directx say its not necessary because is the latest version.
and yes pt is from Portugal , i thought most people did not know portugal is a country

Try to uninstall it and install again, same for drivers.
Normally portuguese people... Like us know it's a country
