I found some apk version of it that can be played via mobile emulator, like bluestacks. But it is in spanish

I found a scuffed way to play this which also kinda bypasses the DRM prompt.
- Find/acquire a copy of the game using google etc (u most likely will stumble on a chinese ver. DRM locked)
- Download the ENG trial from dlsite
- Replace the "game.exe" file with the one from the trial.
- Get the "CommonEvents.json" file from the trial which is located at [www\data\オリジナル] (translates to "original')
- Place the file mentioned above in "www\data" in the non-trial and ur ready to go
- Extra: use Mtool for MTL
Note. when I did this the game was in chinese and the H-scenes in japanese due to the commonevents file being in japanese so I had to switch constantly with mtool, If you happen to be bilingual in both chinese and japanese then ur gucci
