Not gonna lie the premise is enticing, I mean the part where player gets to experiment on girls. But who would've thought it be a guro. Man... It had my interest when I saw the the title. This game target audience was not me obviously, I hope they make something similar for more general audience.

EDIT: On second thought I'll try it, maybe its not that bloody.

Fine. For guro sommeliers like me it will do, but not exactly super high quality. It’s good that at least the game came out and even without censorship. By the way, this is extremely rare. For example Graveyard executioner or DepraviA EgrigorI has a much higher quality guro content but censored as fuck. And since guro sommeliers are a catastrophic rarity here (judging by the comments above), we won’t get uncensors until the AI does it for us.

So be glad that at least something has been released. I really hope that people will finally realize that such content is just one type of erotic content and there is NOTHING wrong with it. And if they think that there is something wrong here, then this, in my opinion, is a partial self-report because they are simply afraid of their desires and are afraid of being judged by the public for it

Alright I have finished the game, its not as bad as I thought. There is no excessive gore, most of them are dismemberment and I dare to say The Walking Dead is more gorey than this. Good ones actually, the only thing I hate is how I must be precise to press the button and drag the parts. All good guys

I've been playing Mad Island for a while now...... Butchering things left and right, hanging, guillotine, pillory, all that shabang. It took my guro to a new level when i first played it. But, me thinks this one's not for me. I can't really explain why. I think I'll pass..... For now.

Random because if you cut the parts perfectly, it gives a bonus.
Metal - cut off legs and NOT alive.
Blood - cut off only the head.
Money - throw whatever you want, but hands are essentially the best option.(later you will have new option to farm monney)
Rare materials - throw legs there when you farm metal and heads when you farm blood, and if you need more, then throw everything inside after cutting
