I think it's because the word they have can mean 'Cyborg' something like 'altered human' or 'enhanced human body'.

Whenever a game which invokes 'WTF' reactions from people got uploaded, you know you're going to spend more time reading the comments than playing the game itself.
I can appreciate some guro for the psychological aspects, this has some eye-openers for a situation and interactions, but ultimately it feels like it's mainly good ol' ultra-guro kink material.

Whew, took to getting to lvl 5 to finally be rid of the quota lol, now I can just chill.

Of course there are sick f***ers doing such things out there in real life. I know human abysses...
But about this game. Naaa, it is sick ****. I get more off to my Avatar Picture than to this... game.
I treat guro as a way to show something in extremity, like an awful fate character had because of players decision, or for example, like ultra mad submissiveness.
Guro for a sake of guro is just bland, because in the end its just a pixels on your screen, unless there is a story behind it.
