Honestly boggles the mind how the game gets tagged with "Monster Girl" but not "Necrophilia." But, I honestly never noticed the lack of a guro tag until all the people here pointed it out.

Chances are, there are no extreme tags because there is no clear verdict if this content is even allowed at all. Small body size content aside, Mad Island was taken of this site multiple times in early access even though it featured similar theme and it was not unusual for a game to just disappear if there was enough outcry.
