It makes the character sprites naked (not for special scenes though). I'm actually wondering if there is a way to turn it off, because while its fun for the first few minutes it becomes kinda jarring that they are naked all the time.

I tried it and as you said it was funny the first five minutes but became annoying afterward
To disable it you have to input the code again.

Go back inside the walls wheres the stone blocking the way, there's a tree where you can click on some vines to use as a makeshift rope.
At this point I think my game is glitched or something is up cause Molly isn't showing up.

Great game. Looks terrific and the atmosphere rocks. The character design is absolutely my cup of tea and the story is interesting. I'm loving the adventure game elements and locations.
You might be looking for her in the wrong place. She's in the rough houses area then off to the left now
