RPGM - Completed - Do Disciplinary Committee Members Dream of Succubi? [v1.02a] [Milky Way]

It has taken me a while to rate this one, despite having played it like a week ago. Usually, smut is kinda straight forward and I want to post my dumb review when it's fresh on my mind so I can remember stupid things. This game is..complicated. I'll use my normal review format, but the 3/5 is really just a "You'll love it or hate it". There's your short version. Now for the long version.

Translation: Dazedanon is my favorite person that I have literally never interacted with because they keep putting out these TLs. Solid work again, and much appreciated.

Story: Okay so, you play as the discipline committee girl. She is intentionally a trope, she's kind of a bitch about rules but is secretly a massive pervert. The starting hook is that you go to help out some girl on the roof top, who then makes out with you and you unintentionally make a contract to participate in a death game.

That would be a perfectly fine setup, but we also have to have the tragic sibling in a coma so that's what your fighting for. Okay, kinda strange tonally but fine. The structure of the game is killing all of the other contractors in order to win the game and get your wish. So let's talk about the thing everyone else has brought up.

The first boss you're introduced to before you even meet the succubus girl, and it's her getting humiliated in front of everyone. She is forced into lewd underwear and has to spread her legs and flash everyone in the middle of the hallway. The other NPCs also let you know that this bully has made her wear vibrators to class and trains her. She clearly does not like this. But I'm no stranger to a lack of consent in H-Games, that's like basically the entire basis for some of my favorites honestly.

If it left it like that, I probably wouldn't even mention it. But no, after you advance the story you find her on the rooftop confronting the bully and is about to murder him. You then stop her from doing so, tell her that she's using her powers wrong, and then fight her to the death. To then act all surprised pikachu that she dies. In the death game.

But wait, there's more. After you win her existence is entirely erased, and bully guy wakes up right after you beat the shit out of the other girl and takes photos of you in your succubus outfit. And then proceeds to blackmail you with them. But sure, I'm also used to MCs doing dumb shit things. I guess she just wants to get more magical succubus power by letting this guy humiliate her instead of, idk, just going and getting molested in her dream world or something.

Then minutes later you just have some lewd scenes and you unlock the new stage of corruption events. The tone is all over the place, and it makes it hard to enjoy as a result. You can write a lighthearted romp even with a focus on rape, that's like half of the FemC corruption games. You can also have a serious tone, with the lewd being protrayed more dark for impact. You can even do both with enough writing talent. This game lacks that talent though.

Gameplay: it's RPGM, you know what you're signing up for. Enemies will either punch you or harass you, if your pleasure bar fills you have an orgasm and are stunned for a round. Dungeons are large and obnoxious without nearly enough lewd trap type of stuff to justify their size.

H-Content/Art: Well, points for design. Points for having a big focus on humilation, toys and a bit of bondage. Minus points for very minor corruption progression for a lot of scenes (This time there's a rotor in her panties as well as on her nipples!). Minus points for the corruption just being a simple gate of how far into the story you are. Sorry if MC girl just goes and gets molested on the train, walks into the sauna and flashes her tits, gets finger blasted by demons, is walked around in public with toys and all kind of other things..she's probably lewd enough to do those same things, but this time there's a an extra toy.

Still I do like a lot of the scenarios, and the art is good.

If you can overlook the god awful writing, some obnoxiously long dungeons, and a fair bit of scene re-use with marginal changes then yeah go for it. It does have a lot of soft-restraint play, some ero traps and a big focus on exhibiton/humilation. These are qualities that don't really come up in games a lot, and why I played it.

If those scenarios I'm describing aren't ticking one of your favorite boxes, well.. maybe skip it.

A very well made game with a lot of hot content. decently long to plus trying for a virgin run. my favorite part was the first defeat route that's sadly pretty early in the game. I still recommended giving it a play tho

This game has some absurd tonal whiplash, along with some awful character writing. The game clearly doesn't want you to take it too seriously, but they then have key moments in the main story that are heavily sobering. I can't get my rocks off if I'm busy contemplating how the protagonist essentially murders a rape victim. No, I am not kidding. Obviously, the story doesn't frame it that way, but I believe that has more to do with how generally insensitive toward violence a lot of eroge developers seem to be (and I am not referring to erotic/fetishized violence. I'm referring to written story beats that are clearly not meant to be erotic.) Make no fucking mistake, you murder a rape victim after jumping to the defense of her rapist, and it's framed as if you did the right thing.

Ironically, I had this same issue with this circle's other major work, Slyphy and the Sleepless Island (or something like that.) You're expected to lead the protagonist into these lewd scenarios by making outrageously stupid choices, but the main plot line has the fate of a terminally ill sibling as the motivator. (Once again, the exact same motivator for both games, just packaged slightly different.)

My dude, how the fuck am I supposed to beat my meat, when the character's innocent little brother is sitting in a coma? How am I supposed to stay hard when the first major boss fight is a rape victim finally choosing to fight back against her oppressor, especially when the protagonist then tries to tell her she's going too far by beating his ass? What the fuck is this writing? This is 100% porn brainrot writing. It isn't arousing non-con, or dub-con, which can be done very well and is my biggest fetish. It's not like I'm some saint-like prude scoffing at the themes of an eroge. The problem is that the way it's written here is off-putting, rather than arousing, especially if you're someone that doesn't skip dialogue and has basic empathy.

I'm trying to play a lewd game about a girl learning to enjoy taking semen baths and slurping cock, and you're busy distracting me with a Persona 5 plot point, except we're fighting fucking Shiho instead of Kamoshida??? Who greenlit this shit?

Also, the scenes have some extremely odd escalation, with an abundant overuse of sex toys (this is a personal issue, ofc. I enjoy sextoys in real life, but I find that eroge always overplay how pleasurable they are for a cheap scene. No, I do not feel like you have properly escalated the corruption aspect of a scene, just because you added a magic wand vibrator, a dildo, or a pink rotor.)

Also also, the scenes lack impact due to the layering techniques used to create the artwork, rather than using dynamic, intentional art design for each scene. A good example of this is the first time you encounter the aphrodisiac trap. Iroha sucks a dildo off, so it will ejaculate an antidote into her mouth (what a sentence.) However, the part of her mouth that's meant to indicate her "blowing" motion, is too small for the dick, so it looks like she's biting into the motherfucker halfway up the shaft. It's just lazy shit that should have been an easy catch/fix.

The linework of the art is clean as hell, but it lacks in flavor. Too many of the scenes are just extreme close-ups of Iroha's body with other elements overlaid on top. There's many signs of a quantity over quality approach, but the base artstyle carries it hard enough that it's not going to bother most people. I'm a snob, so it bothers me.

DDCMDS (I ain't writing that whole title out) is a game that over-stretched. They tried to have too many ongoing plotlines, and weren't able to escalate them effectively enough, without it conflicting with all of the other plotlines. The main story is way too goddamned heavy for the tone they're going for, especially with how genuinely unlikable our main character is. I say that knowing full well there are some super fucked up eroge out there, with far far heavier stories. The difference is that those eroge advertise that much better, and also have significantly better writing. DDCMDS just blindsides you with it, because the authors have a bad habit of underestimating the gravity of the situations they create.

Look. You can't write a super-fucked up situation, but then tailor character reactions in a way to try and offset that. It doesn't work that way, especially if you aren't a good character writer. The player is still going to be aware of how fucked the situation is (if they're the type to actually give a shit about the plot and characters, at least), so it doesn't matter if you write the characters to not take things seriously, because that's not an effective way to off-set that. It needs to make sense that the characters aren't in a state of dread, despair, or rage, otherwise there's a constant dissonance the player will notice (if they're comprehensive readers and not brain rotted, ofc.)

You need to ensure that the consequences of the events involved aren't so severe that the characters' reactions don't make sense. A good example of this is Orika. In Orika, all of the feminine adventurers know that they'll be raped, sexually abused, and/or forced into sexual slavery if they lose a fight, but they also know that no one who captures them will permanently harm them. It's basically an unspoken agreement between factions that adds a strong layer of sexual tension and consequences for the women, but without beating you in the face with how awful sexual assault/blackmail actually is.

DDCMDS doesn't accomplish this, because they've given the story extreme consequences that clash with the actions and personalities of everyone involved. This is either a case of not being emotionally developed enough to recognize your own tone deaf writing, or intentionally trying to downplay it with bad character writing to sweep it under the rug (which defeats the purpose of having a weighty plot.)

"You're taking this too seriously, man. It's not that deep."
The hell it ain't. Iroha's brother is terminally ill in a coma, you murder a rape victim, and you're fighting in a literal death war that causes you to STOP EXISTING ENTIRELY if you lose. That's fucking deep. I don't care if Iroha just shrugs it off, and says, "I'm gonna wish em all back, hehe!" The plot is a fucking sword of damocles hanging an inch from her neck, (as well as her comatose little brother's), and she's busy being concerned about accidentally flashing a nipple or some shit. I just can't suspend my disbelief enough to stay aroused, and I almost always love a good slow-burn.

They just tried to do far too much, and it shows. I think most people won't really notice these issues, or if they do, they'll just look past it, because porn. In my case, I've been playing eroge for over a decade, (yes my brain is fucking deep fried), so beating my meat is an actual hobby of mine. I judge these games with some real intent, because it takes real effort to make them. I know what great eroticism looks like (to me), and this game only has snippets of it.

A lot of games rely on unlocking new versions of H-scenes using lust stats or something similar. The problem is that this sometimes makes main story scenes not align with the character's sexual progress.

This game fixes that by unlocking new versions of scenes by main story progress instead, which means that you don't get immersion-breaking moments where someone is doing something super slutty one moment, then super chaste the next.

And I really enjoyed the story here. It had a good blend of erotic and humorous, and there even was a moment where I actually felt a little sad, which is rare in these games.

There were only a few times where I felt like I had to do some grinding to unlock certain things, but the payoff was always worth it, and the grind was never overwhelming.

A fun twist on the battlefuck gameplay was that losing in combat (except for the last fight) was never a game over or bad end moment. Instead, it was an opportunity for an h-scene and training for your character that made you more powerful and have a better shot the next time.

I also never needed a guide to do anything. There was only one scene that I missed due to not hitting the requirements at a specific point in time, but that was a minor scene that I was easily able to unlock during the playthrough.

Overall, really an excellent game, especially if it matches your kinks.

    TLDR - 4.5/5 Must play
A really well done game worth playing, memorable, good ending, really well done charcter development for MC, nice exhibitionism, covers a lot of kinks, Good art style.
Negatives- Repetitive during later stages, boss fights are boring , while it has a good number of scenes, It would have been better if there were more added to each category, reuse of the same sex sprites or the lack of variation in repetitive events.

    A tough one to rate.
5 stars for the scale of the game, game mechanics, humor and artwork.
2 stars for the main character's personality, the weird blackmail and the time this game takes to play and to evolve scenes. I love big scope games like Succulence but this felt just like mindless grinding without much development of scenes. The proxy war scenario is quite stupid in my oppinion. Also my brain figured out ways to get rid of the blond bully yet the girls just play along and endure so much shit. This game probably ends with her running naked through the city and being everyone's toy. I don't like this kind of depiction of women. If this wasn't a game I'd also not want to deal with someone like that. To me the main character lacks likeable qualities besides her body and I also don't like how everyone is obsessed with sex in this.

I like that there are a good variety of scenes involving a lot of different characters. However, I'd appreciate it if they update the voice variations in the scenes, since there's like only 5 distinct voices she can make at the moment. The plot is cool, took me like 5 hours to get an ending, might take longer if you take occasional breaks to beat your meat.

Top of the line Female Protagonist RPGM game. Corruption is slow and properly paced. There's a decent amount of variety of animations and side plots and stuff. Combat isn't too bad either.

The overarching plot isn't super interesting. It exists to give context (as silly as it is) for everything that's happening. It does it's job well enough though.

Ms. Main Character is given a weirdly stereotypically pornographic background -> and it exists to make the horny parts "better." It's a me-problem; it just gave me anxiety because I'm an anxious person. Don't mind me; I'm not docking any points.

Still, a slow boil at the start, not a super slow boil, but even if you pick the starting option called "Rape Desire" -> it still takes quite some time to get to the part where you could actually lose your virginity.

I didn't bother replaying the game for a virgin playthrough to see any differences but I feel like that option does exist which some people be interested in.

Key thing I want to mention: you don't *have* to lose for lewd animations and stuff in combat. There are "you lost, so here's a penalty" sort of events too.

Welp, I never really find out my problems with the fact over how I hate certain genres so much but wow, now I found out. Blackmail really is a shitty genre, in my opinion. And to top it off, it has to come from one of the most insufferable type of character in this game. And the bookstore guy, too. Why are situations like that keep popping up? Also, the bookstore guy aside, The blackmail scene over a picture really churns my inside. Corruption is fun overtime as we repeatedly step over the line we set ourselves, not when we get blackmailed in a stupid situation.
Anyway, the game is great if you can ignore the above part. I can't though, so 3 stars.

Interesting mechanics, great art and an okay starting story. However, the lack of freedom spoils it.

The game even starts you off with a choice of what the protagonist is like (starting stats, and starting sex stats). This gives you a nice impression of freedom and a sense of role play. However, the linear story then proceeds to railroad you into accepting ridiculous blackmail decisions, regardless of what you did previously.

You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.

It's quite sad, since I was really enjoying the game before this.

if you liked Magical Girl Celesphonia you gonna enjoy this one, yes i know that is a bold claim, yes it is that good in my opinion, the only downside is the missing preggo content.

the kind of gem you see maybe once or twice a year,
if we held a GameOfTtheYear awards for H-jrpg games, this would be probably the strongest contender of this year, and probably one of the best ones in the genre

This game took me by surprise. A good plot (that I wish kept going and had more reasons to lose) along with it being insanely lengthy. Also wish there was a post-game, but wow. It hit me in all the right spots. Great corruption game, fun art, and a lot and I mean A LOT of outfits. Amazing game.

    It's pretty good.

The RPG part is serviceable, and more importantly not tedious. It's not going to make you actually handle it like a party based RPG, but it gets you by.

The smut is good. This is one of the more fun and benign corruption angles; you play as a deeply repressed pervert. and most of the scene progression is being pushed/coerced out of your comfort zone and enjoying it. Still, you know, porn excuses, but what can you do? Losing to a boss also leads to their own bespoke bad-end route, too.

There are also plenty of little jokes and production value to make it not just RPGmaker + porn art; for example, you play amongus for a moment, with all the set dressing to lean in on it. It's well made.

The downside is the usual h-game downside; it's clear they had an art budget. That's not to say there isn't plenty of scenes, but a healthy fourth of them are taken up in the bad-end routes, and there are plenty of things teased at but not followed through on. The first half of the game is mostly exhibitionism themes, so a lot of it is relatively softcore embarrassment. Also, despite snogging her in the beginning you do not get to lez out with your succubus ever, or your One And Only Friend. Succubi cannot be bisexual despite needing to form a pact by steamy make outs, apparently.

    surskit

It's not genre defining, but it is still a quite well made game.

    Healthy amount of scenes
A plot the dev cared about
    Excellent art quality
    Decent amount of content

I'd say my real hangups with the game are 1. It gets a bit wordy, without a lot of scene variation, so I end up skipping dialogue; I get it, I'm a slut, give me my SP already. 2. Grinding out SP really takes away from the experience. The grind isn't terrible, but it's neither fun nor interesting since you'll have seen the same poses or scenes many times over.

We all the know the game trope.

Innocent girl due to a plot reason (often supernatural) slowly gets corrupted while also fighting monsters to level up. Outfits get more revealing and the H more penetrative.

This game is one of the top few in this genre.

Here are some of the highlights:
The game is 10s of hrs *long*.
Corruption/exhibitionism is quite good and very varied, which is quite impressive considering how long the game is.
Reuse of graphics is low for this type of game.
    Story is quite interesting.
Lots of well done and varied mini games, and not ones you'd want to skip. Many of them incorporate lewdness right into the game.
Good outfits that can be changed out.
Combat has some really good lewd battle scenes, and out of combat and combat progression are satisfyingly linked.

The translation is quite good, with only a few unimportant omissions.

    5/5

Very slow corruption, lots of CG's, and has text skip when you want to just get through the voluminous amount of dialog to get back to what matters. If you are not into slow corruption, exhibition, masochism, and voyeurism, this will not likely suit you.
  18. 4.00 star(s)

    dn2sm

FIrst of all, too much text, can't tell what the story is about 100% as I was trying to skip as much as possible. Basically you are some school girl who once meets succubi and than she will start slowly turning into one.

Gameplay is split into 2 parts, scene collector durring day and rpg at night, most of the time...,

Scenes are pretty good, some are full scenes with predefined clothes, others are like mini-scenes, but those work with different clothes, main difference is, that mini-scenes can repeat at different locations and are usually very short.

RPG fight is a little above average, it's not as boring as usual RPG fighting, there is many skills, magic etc... but still rpg and especially for me final boss was just the point where after loosinng when enemy was about 1% from death I just deleted files and moved on. At the start it feels way too easy, at the end bosses start draining your mana and fights become even a little too annoying...

So overall, it's above average h-game, it went in the way that works and it's fine, but there is space for improvement.

I'm an old man now. I remember the days of getting frustrated trying to get the latest VH translation patch to both download and work. I have become more discerning in my RPG maker femc corruption nukige over the years, and I have seen all the slop and crap that has been shoveled out. This game HITS. It is fantastic, the corruption is slow and great, the gameplay loop is as hard or easy as you want it to be, The story is silly in an old school H kind of way, just great things all around. 5/5

Great game, all rounder that will be a staple of the genre soon enough. CGs are top tier, would love to see some decensor, although it is minimal. Story is really fun and gets you into it, corruption is top top top, really smooth progression nothing is forcd, and you can do a full virgin run. Just play it it will be fun!
