I think it's pretty safe to say that most games have a male PC, and that that's especially true for real porn games where TFGS sissification games seem to (ironically) dominate the genre. By my own anecdotal experience, most of these games also seem to have scenes dedicated to the PC masturbating that usually just have gifs showing a close up of some random dick ejaculating. These scenes also tend to be a requirement to moving forward in the game thanks to lust stats often crippling forward momentum. Expect to see the same dick several dozen times. With the rest of the scenes being dedicated to women, or at the very least effeminate men being dominated by more masculine men, this has always seemed strange to me. Do people actually want these scenes in their games? Or is it just included because it quickly became a trope of the genre?

However as someone with no interest in the genre I can imagine genuine uses in sissification/gender bender games specifically, especially since those tend to have a major humiliation aspect as well. This would make sense, but I've never seen it happen personally. At least not in real porn games. I think there were a couple older 3DCG games with this but I don't remember their names off the top of my head. Mostly what I've come across is 3 or 4 gifs of an ejaculating dick that get used in all real porn games until the MC is in a chastity cage. Then the MC is rapidly convinced to masturbate with a dildo and then there's about 6-8 gifs of sissies in cages riding a dildo.

As long as MC sees/imagines female characters while doinig it, it's ok for me. Nothing special but it's usually fine to get some early NSFW content in, which is probably a reason why these scenes exist in the first place. What I don't really understand either, are devs who mostly show MC's dick during these scenes. The same goes for obligatory MC solo shower scenes, etc. which the player has to repeat several times.

A lot of times, it makes sense if the MC is horny to jerk off, but here is when I have a dilemma. If the game doesn't says anything about it I feel like it's stupid, it would be a hard to miss natural reaction that the dev missed. If the game says something about it but doesn't show it/do it, then I feel like the MC is kinda a loser because he's jerking of in a porn game but at the same time it makes sense and we should see it watching porn or something. If the game says it and shows it, I literally think "Why the fuck I'm watching a dude touching his dick? That's not why I cam here."

I think that the only way when I'm 100% okay with it, is when the dev tries to show that the character is a looser or kinda creepy, or at least that he has a loser/creepy side inside him.
