Define monster girls. For me it's fine, as long as it has a female human anatomy and no penis. Wings and/or horns are fine, but goat feet, animal faces and fur are not what I would call sexy. Tentacles are acceptable if they are not in the face or genital area, not a replacement for arms or legs and if the girl in question is 100% lesbian. Cyborg women are ok too, but only if there AI or human brain has sufficient knowledge and (virtual) life experience - human or otherwise, she should not be naive.
If a game has both human and alien/demon/angel/fairy women, I'd let the player encounter the standard humans first and make the supernatural ones more difficult.
