I would do my polls on discord and there are bots for that wich can give bigger vote power to roles. But after all this, i dont think thats a good idea anymore. I want all my future patreons to be happy.

That doesn't work. You can't make everyone happy all the time. You can at best hope to break even over time.

i mean im just a naive programmer who just starting that whole game development thing and have no idea what the future holds for him. im stil hoping.
