You can only use the Syringe on Samara and you can only use the Thermometer on Shreya.
Here's a savefile for v1.16 with 1000000 money, 255 lollipops, 255 chocolate bars and photos of every girl naked. (No males in this savefile)

Yo! Thanks man! that grind was painfull as results were too slow to achieve.
You can easily cheat the money earning minigames by just dragging the circle really fast out of the organ and then dragging it back in (also really fast) to or near the end. Drag it like trying to make a flick shot in an FPS game.

its for the daddy/daughter pair. thermo and syringe are character exclusive items.

So i'm using parallels desktop and i just right click on the home screen and click display settings and change the scale and layout
For those with resolution issues, type resolution into the search bar at the bottom (on Windows 10) and change the resolution of the display to 1920 x 1080. That should fix it; you can change it back one you're done playing.
Maybe I am stupid, but I just cant figure out unity. Where exactly do I find this, under the monobleedingedge or whatever its called folder or somewhere else? Im new to all of this

Assuming the post you quoted are correct, go to windows explorer, type %APPDATA% (including the % signs) into the address bar there, then go back one, and then follow the rest of the path as written by the original post

I have the same thing. At my place the game is not working. No one comes. There is only blank calender.10 years have passed and all I can do is visiting modeling office.

nah, it still bugged
As you won't get story characters to visit
And randon NPC dont have any interactions other than undressing and taking a picture (which I m not sure if you can even view)
No touching, no inserting etc. like in Imperium Gatekeeper
So nah, this game doesnt worth anyone's time, no nsfw content other than static naked characters
Bugs (in1.16):
Outside of the above outright bugs, the biggest issue this game has is a lack of feedback and player help:
- With most characters the 'Have them put their clothes back on?' dialogue is displayed even when they have no actually taken any clothes off
- With Suzume, the dialogue does not appear at all, even if sh has taken things off

- Nothing explains how to use the various examination tools, nor, when you fail to use a tool whether it is because you used it in the wrong place or if it doesn't apply to this patient at all
- Nothing explains how you are supposed to reduce the amount of stress various actions cause to that you can get further with patients. My initial assumption was that you could gain the patients' trust with successful examinations, then convince them to go farther in future visits, but the only thing that seems to actually work is stuffing them with chocolate
- And the only reason I know what chocolate does is because someone here mentioned it; there's no in-game explanation or even feedback when you use it
- Some exams have seperate stress bars for the patient and a parent, but nothing tells me what actions will affect one more or less than the other
- When you've used up all your actions, trying to do something other than end the month just fails with no feedback. No 'you're out of action points!' message, nor are the things you can't do greyed out
- The modelling minigame gives no feedback on what your goals or win condition actually are
- It is also, AFAICT, literally impossible to get ahead in; the other girl starts with 50 times your stats and gains more stats per training action
