There was a thread of some kind for it here, but with a boy that small I'm not surprised I can't find it any more. The game is Artemis Pearl ~Pirate Princess Rubina and the Mystical Treasure~

Edit - Yep found posts from the translator saying that game got removed because of the shota.

I am always buffled by this. How come some games that inlcude shota are still here while others get nuked. Yet even nuked games can be found in steam by just having an nsfw patch from the dev/publisher elsewhere
