Does anyone have a copy of crypt-ex?

after decrypting the rpack data files of a game it doesnt start anymore.
It just shows error: "systemstack error occurred stack level too deep"
i thought i could try maybe reencrypting the translated files but i cant find the programm,
since the devoloper has deleted it from his site
