Does anyone know how to download .m3u8 files?

The issue isn't the file format. Your screenshot show clearly that it's correctly handled ; the file is correctly parsed and the different links found.
The problem you have is that the said files are streamed through a method (encrypted HLS) that isn't supported by the software you are using. And this is totally independent from the format used for the playlist.

Oh i see, then what should i do to download the file from ANIPHA? I'm currently trying to make my own WEBRip from them. Also, thanks for the reply I'm actually very clueless rn since ik nothing about WEBRips and WEBDL, the guy who i talked to before told me that he uses yt-dlp to download the file from the site, but sadly i cant ask him much about it since that i cant talk to him anymore. Would really appreciate the help thanks

I tried downloading it by using a video downloader but then I'm left with a 400mb file that can't be opened, does it mean that it's an encrypted file? and how do I decrpt it? If anyone knows how to download encrpted encrypted HLS videos please reply to this post because I have no idea what I'm doing rn
