Most artists stay away from potential implementations of JPC's article 175 and leave the uncensoring to publishers delivering content outside of Japan. $51 USD a month (even if you immediately unsubscribe) also is a bit of overkill just to get an uncensored version and that's before the (non-applicable) triple-tax loophole technique the platform applies.
Would recommend
TheBlueKnight's initial advice though it does have caveats as they are aware of the risks:
Q: Why is (insert game here) censored?
A: There are various reasons for this. Denpasoft may not want to provide uncensored images due to the possibility of getting into legal problems. Another case in which censoring happens is due to the developer losing the raw data, so in that instance, there is no choice but to keep the censored version.
(Not the latter because I hate Valve's double standards as much as I hate Patreon's free roaming with its extremely shady marketing implementations of a fake charity platform while conveniently closing eyes on complete fraud.)
Also, if it is sold on Steam, it will be hit by its special DRM unless it brings a ton of money, so expect some content removal.
