Does anyone know why are so many staff are suddenly quitting?

Seems like within the past two months or so that basically all of the old staff who've been around forever (or at least, I remember them being around when I first started coming around, before I joined) have been dropping out. Just burnout from long time doing it? Or something else going on? If it's something private, that's fine too, just feels weird, like all the staff are getting actively replaced. ._.

Because they are humans like any others. They can have found someone, have had a baby, have had a promotion, suffered for a lost or from a long decease (touching them or someone near to them). Whatever how short two/three years can seem, a lot of things can happen during this time, things that imply a change in their priorities and/or less free times.

They were here for us, and I thanks them for that, when it was possible. Now it's not anymore, and I'm sad for them if the reason is a bad news, while I'm also glad for them it it's a good one.

They don't like my fishy otter smell :(

On a more serious note, I think you just haven't kept up with who left, since (iirc) in the past few months we only had 1 person leaving.

Thankyou for you support dear friend. It's always nice to see the people I like say such nice things about me.

:(
Oh but I mean it in the nicest possible way, and I'm only thinking of your future sanity! If you had that power, you might have a bit too much of the wine one night and empty the forum! Then my dear, who would you have to talk to? See! I'm only thinking of you! :)

You actually make a fair point.

Best not make me mod then.

I'd be more concerned if staff was leaving and no one was taking their places. Hopefully they have young padawans to replace them.

People come and go that's why. besides, you get nothing from being a staff or a mod in most of public forums. I think you are accountable to law as well if the site was raided by cops.
