Does anyone remember this game

Hi,

Ive been trying to recall a game i played a while back. Part I remember the most is you sweeping up leaves by the pool area and eventually you spy on your neighbour with a ladder sunbathing naked and things progress. You spend a lot of time doing chores to get anywhere but some of the sex scenes were good.

Thanks, its not that. Its in 3rd person from memory. There is really on a couple of characters you "landlady" and your neighbour. The game had lots of tasks/chores from the landlady of the house. YOu have to fix the ladder so you can climb over the wall to the neightbours garden
